Ideally, newborn photography sessions should be scheduled within the first 2 weeks of the baby’s birth, while they are still very sleepy and easy to pose. However, we can still capture beautiful photos of your baby up to 6 weeks old.
Newborn photography sessions can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the baby’s needs. We allow plenty of time for feeding, diaper changes, and comforting to ensure that your baby is happy and comfortable throughout the session.
We provide most of the props and accessories for the session, but we recommend bringing along any special items that you would like included in the photos, such as a blanket or stuffed animal. We also suggest bringing along extra diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes for yourself in case of any unexpected messes.
We prioritize the safety of your newborn above all else. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that the baby is safe and comfortable throughout the session, such as using gentle poses and ensuring that they are properly supported at all times. We have years of experience working with newborns and have undergone training in newborn photography safety.
We typically provide a sneak peek of a few edited photos within a few days after the session. The full set of edited photos will be available within 2-3 weeks after the session. We take great care in editing each photo to ensure that they are of the highest quality and meet your expectations.
